These assessments will be used to guide our training and consulting interventions and are therefore crucial to a meaningful intervention.

There are no right or wrong answers and honesty is the best policy. When answered honestly, the assessments allow for clear insight into some of the challenges being faced and also for meaningful interventions to be devised.

Each assessment will take at most 10 minutes, usually much less.
